Sandeep  is originally from India and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai. Following that, he worked as a Data Scientist at Deloitte, gaining practical experience in data analysis, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at IU Bloomington.
He is actively involved in polycarbonate fiber drawing and polishing, as well as in the Ion Trap project at the FAMES Lab, as a part-time technical staff. In this latter project, the team explores quantum computing and ion trap technology development. Additionally, he is passionate about the intersection of AI and ML with glass fiber technology, focusing on applications in industries such as materials science.
