The following virtual lab tour is a Matterport scan digitized by IU3D's team (Katie Chapman and Matthew Mercer, and Jeff Rogers) at the request of the FAMES Lab, initiated by Louis van der Elst in March 2021. In addition to serving as a virtual tour, this scan also serves as an introduction and safety and equipment use training to the lab space before new members conduct work there. In addition to training, the scan also serves as a repository for our equipment inventory. Every key equipment is tagged with a description of their function, including online videos, manuals and operation protocols if available.
